All of a Sudden

Oscar-winner Ryûsuke Hamaguchi ("Drive My Car") directs an emotional drama full of quiet grace, about the spiritual bond formed by Marie-Lou (Virginie Efira), the director of a "progressive" Parisian elder care facility, and Mari (Tao Okamoto), a Japanese playwright she meets who is facing a terminal cancer.
